Terms and Conditions 

1. Tour Prices and Surcharges 

Our tour prices are based on US Dollars. Please confirm the tour costs when you book with us. We reserve the right to impose surcharges during the high season, and including weekends, holidays, festivals, or conventions due to increases in accommodation prices.

2. Deposit

Basically, our deposit policy is as follows. 

​

a) 20% Deposit - There is not refundable if you canceled. 

b) 50% Deposit - 20% of the deposit will be refunded if you canceled. 

c) 100% Deposit - 100% of the deposit will be refunded if you canceled. 

​

3. Payment 

Payment of Balance of the tour price is due 14 days before the actual tour date. If this balance is not paid on the prior date, your booking will be canceled without any refund.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

a) 30 Days before cancellation: 100% Refundable (Only if you deposit 100%) 

b) 15-29 days before cancellation: 20% of the total charge (80% refund) 

c) 8-14 days before cancellation : 50% of the total charge (50% refund) 

d) 1-7 days before cancellation: 80% of the total charge (20% refund) 

e) 1 Day before or the date of cancellation: NO REFUNDABLE

f) If there is a pandemic disease worldwide or any natural disaster on your tour date, the tour fee will be on hold as credit for the next travel or fully refunded.

* For a refund, we will refund after deduction of cancellation charges, and any commission may occur during money transfer.  

​

* The tours including details are indicated on each tour page. Please read carefully.

* All days are mentioned above are based on working days.

5. Responsibility 

 

a) All kinds of the incident from any of the activities, it will be on your own responsibility. 

b) All kinds of incidents from transportation, our guide will be on responsibility. 

c) We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance before you depart to Korea.

6. Health Conditions.

a)  If you get sick, you need to inform us before start the tour. 

b) Tour might be canceled when you have any kind of symptoms of Covid19 or any similar to Covid19. 

c) When you have any similar symptoms of Covid19, you MUST call to Korean Health Organization (1339) to get tested. 

d) When you have symptoms during or after the tour, the tour will be canceled straight away, and you will be reported to KHO.
